We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated marketer to own B2B demand generation, analyse and report on the full marketing funnel and drive the B2B acquisition and retention strategy. This is a diverse role suited to someone with broad marketing experience and a strong track record of delivering results. Having a commercial mindset will be important as we grow and diversify our revenue streams. You will be the go-to person for all things B2B. Reporting into the Vice President of Marketing, you will seek new and innovative ways of engaging and nurturing our customers and help to shape our B2B growth strategy.

You will be our in-house industry expert, closely following the trade press and spotting unique opportunities for OneDome to engage with journalists, influencers and other relevant bodies. You will manage the distribution of press releases and be instrumental in creating brand awareness and consideration for our product while improving our public profile. This role offers total immersion into a fast-moving proptech business and you will work closely with key members of staff, external partners and agencies in order to gain a complete view of the industry. The role will be based remotely for the foreseeable future What will you be doing? Create demand for our product by driving brand awareness and effectively communicate how our product can help our B2B clients and their customersDrive leads from B2B campaigns and work closely with our sales team and account managers to improve marketing opportunities and apply feedback to our strategy.Understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert them.‘Test, test, test’ is a fundamental concept which you will adopt to drive optimisations and maximum growth from all your marketing efforts. Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) testing will help to validate decisions and drive forward changes to improve performance and ROI. This will be a fundamental KPI.Really get to know our customers and the challenges they face. Use industry knowledge, data insight and customer profiling to create compelling, high-impact campaigns that resonate directly with the target audience and produce resultsLiaise closely with our product team to improve our proposition. Build campaigns to promote new products and features, and ensure strategies are aligned and workflows are prioritisedWork across a variety of key channels – from email marketing, social media and PR, to event planning, content and SEO – optimising our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes throughoutManage key projects while ensuring day-to-day work is completed. Own and grow our ‘New Homes’ proposition, helping to drive high quality leads for developersWrite copy and design briefs, commission content and work with specialist copywriters/agencies to build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, white papers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, emails, thought leadership, video, testimonials etc.)Keep up-to-date with industry news via the trade and national press and influencer relationships. Think outside the box to generate comment and promotional opportunities for OneDomeEnsure campaign tracking is correctly implemented and all operational reporting requirements are adhered toUsing WordPress, update and manage online B2B content across our website. Ensure close collaboration with internal stakeholders and ensure our marketing messaging across all channels is brand compliant, consistent, powerful and easily understood.Organise our attendance at key events including all collateral and operational requirements. What skills and experience do you need? 3-5 years’ experience in a fast-paced marketing roleSaaS marketing experience preferredExperience in B2B marketing, within a start-up, marketplace or subscription environmentAbility to build, implement and manage end-to-end 360 integrated campaignsA whizz at using Google Analytics (and Excel/Sheets) to produce insightful accurate reporting and must have the ability to interoperate data into meaningful reportsExperience using WordPress, Intercom and Mailchimp platforms. Proficiency in marketing automation software in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them into converted customersCopywriting for acquisition and content-based marketingExcellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform decisionsAbility to work efficiently, multi-task and get the job done.
