Requirements: As a Commercial Director for the UK, you will be responsible for all aspects of business development, customer engagement and overall growth of the business in the UK. You will provide thought leadership and act as subject matter expert on our relationships with all our customers, partners and affiliates within the UK. What you’ll be doing: Ownership of the growth of UK Sales, understanding regional demand and supply to ensure equilibrium. Build and drive sales strategy for current and new territories / sectors, including go-to-market strategy, understanding the competitive landscape, presence and strength within the territory and new sectors. Implement a market leading SaaS sales structure, and growing the team to engage and win market share across the UK. Build the right KPIs to monitor and evaluate team performance against expectations, and aligning strategy with performance expectations. Work across teams, such as Product, Marketing and Strategy, to provide feedback and generate new product ideas and help drive pricing strategy for those. Build brand recognition by attending industry events, and engaging with sector specialists. Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives.
