Our graduate programme is designed to develop bright and ambitious graduates with limited experience of management and leadership. You will have the opportunity to develop into senior leaders through participation in a development programme, which will last up to three years.

Our graduate programme will give you the opportunity to be at the forefront of this change, helping you build skills that will set you up for your future career with us.
What can you expect?
Your first 12-months will gain you knowledge and experience on all aspects of FirstPort as a business through a mix of on-the-job training, mini rotations and formal training support. We’ll support and develop you but how far you go is entirely up to you.
During the programme you will gain a broad insight into property management through site visits and shadowing our existing teams. You may spend some time in one of our many offices; Luton, London, New Milton and Halesowen.
The programme includes valuable hands-on work in lots of different departments in our support offices, as well the opportunity to manage some of our onsite teams. Typically it involves placements in a variety of different roles. It’s the best way to get to know the business inside out and to help you achieve your potential. You will also have an executive board member as your mentor throughout your first 12 months as well as the support from a dedicated Learning and Development coach.

Qualifications/Experience required
- Graduated within the last 3 years from university
- Clear and genuine passion for property management
- Experience in a customer facing environment is preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexible with travelling to our different sites
