We are looking for an entrepreneurial, founding-team-member growth hacker/marketer to join us to plan, execute and manage the entire customer acquisition funnel. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the first full-time employee focused exclusively on growing acquisition. Over the next 12 months, you’ll be responsible to grow reach and leads 5x year-over-year. We are looking for someone who can do this now and thereafter grow with the team: hire and lead the future Growth & Marketing team. In the first months, you will be closely supported by senior advisors and consultants.

Requirements Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering/Business at a leading university/school 3+ years experience in a fast-paced environment (consulting, investment banking, agency, start-up) including 2+ years experience in online marketing Proven track record of scaling spend without compromising efficiency Excellent analytical skills. Between “Quant” and “Storyteller” marketer, you’d choose “Quant” Detailed knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools and best practices in the B2C landscape Hands-on, collaborative mentality Preferred (not mandatory): working knowledge of CRMs, marketing automation tools, Python, VBA, SQL, HTML, CSS.
