Our client, a thriving startup with offices in Paris and soon in London, is seeking an experienced Head of Business Development UK to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our client’s growth and expansion into the UK market. She/He will report directly to the CEO. The Role Be in charge of scaling the business and driving local responsibilities such as sales, operations, recruitment, team management Be the first point of contact for the clients, users and partners in the UK Grow the client and user base in the UK and build consistent and profitable growth in sales revenue Manage autonomously the sales process from lead generation to account management Work closely with the sales and marketing Paris-based team and bring ideas and insights into the team Manage social media initiatives and represent the company at industry and local traditional and online events Perform a constant market analysis The Person At least, 5+ years international sales and/or business development experience, preferably in the job market industry or the proptech sector Proven record of building new business and hitting targets Experience in a startup and SaaS environment – Essential Bachelor’s Degree Ability to multitask whilst being focused on the business development Experience in financial reporting and financial budgeting processes English native speaker or with an excellent command of the English language – Fluency in French is a real asset Excellent organisational, presentation, communication and relationship building skills High level of self-motivation and confidence More Jobs From Approach People Recruitment
