Be the trusted voice between: Presales, customer solutions and engineering with required technical tasks currently not supported out-of-box Work with our Open API to create custom reports, scripts or solutions to be used by key internal and external stakeholders like customer success and project managers Pre-Check Integrations and draft missing requirements internally for engineering and setup and support development in the solution design of such integrations Support for customisation of reporting & product within Locatee Align frequently with engineering about current roadmap and status/issues/questions Participate in customer-facing activities to help understand and translate business and use cases into requirements and working solutions for both us and Locatee and our customers Explain technical solution to a non-technical audience in various contexts
