For our growing Sales & Acquisition department, we are now looking for a permanent position at the Berlin-Ostkreuz location for a service employee (m / f / d) – lead qualification for the German and English markets.
- First telephone contact with the customer (home buyer) with a competent and quick initial approach
- Telephone qualification of new leads that come via project websites and online marketing channels
- Determination of the quality of the lead and its forwarding to the downstream positions in sales
- Continuous improvement of existing sales processes
- Optimization of daily processes with the help of the allmyhomes application for lead qualification
- First practical experience in telephone service
- Strong interest in the real estate industry and pleasure in actively helping to shape the PropTech growth market
- IT affinity and practical experience with the use of software would be an advantage
- Proficient in German and English
- Friendliness on the phone and a keen sense of customer needs
- Independent and detail-oriented way of working
